I wanted to convey my gratitude to Alan for going above and beyond the pest service when he helped with our freezer issue a few weeks back. If it hadn’t been for Alan’s timing and kindness, we would have had ruined wooden floors. He helped to prevent this by unplugging the unit and putting towels down.
